I received this as a gift for Christmas.The very first time I used it out of the box it leaked scalding hot water that came out from the top and sides. It didn’t even pour half of the 8 oz the pod is supposed to brew. Also the side paneling was hanging off right out of the box and won’t latch back in.

Our first machine we received as a gift for Christmas in less than a year Later with very minimal use it completely quit working. But when it worked, it did a great job. Customer service was great and I was able to return it for a new one. I’ve had the new one for about two months and it’s already starting to act up. The Descaling process is very complicated Ut I’m going to try that this morning and see if that helps.

My friend has one of these and I always use it while I am over. It’s easy to use and simple which I love. I also love making fun lattes though with art and different flavors with milk…. Unfortunately with these… you can’t do all of the customizations. I really like the functionality of it though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this machine for a little over a month and it has been a lifesaver when we have suddenly found ourselves short on time with a newborn. I didn’t have time or the hands to make a chemex every morning, so being able to put in a pod and get an 8 oz cup of coffee is huge. Plus it tastes great!
