Coffee taste and consistency is amazing! Creamy and foamy. More expensive refill than Keurig, but much better taste and quality opportunities: 1- Coffee could be hotter 2- very limited options to buy. Only Nespresso brand.
This is an excellent machine.. when it works. This is my 2nd one in just over 4 months, both stopped working. The machine would try to warm the water, and two flashes of orange light and then solid blue. This is frustrating and after researching, tons of people have had the same issue. This has got to be one of the worst model and should have never be allowed to be on the market. I don't recommend this model and hoped that Nespresso pull this from the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned a Vertuo for a number of years before it stopped working with decaf coffee, even after descaling. I recently bought the Vertuo Next with high hopes but discovered that its long narrow footprint made it inconvenient to change the water holder. I gave the machine away and bought the Vertuo. And now I'm happy again. All the machines make great coffee but the layout matters. BTW, I bought the Arrocino frother and did not like that it overflowed.

I received this as a gift for Christmas.The very first time I used it out of the box it leaked scalding hot water that came out from the top and sides. It didn’t even pour half of the 8 oz the pod is supposed to brew. Also the side paneling was hanging off right out of the box and won’t latch back in.

Our first machine we received as a gift for Christmas in less than a year Later with very minimal use it completely quit working. But when it worked, it did a great job. Customer service was great and I was able to return it for a new one. I’ve had the new one for about two months and it’s already starting to act up. The Descaling process is very complicated Ut I’m going to try that this morning and see if that helps.

I’ve had this machine for a little over two years, not a single issue. Makes great cup of whatever you want. Still keep the manual handy, just to make different cup sizes. But that’s on me, poor memory.

This machine worked great for about 2-3 months when I first bought it, then it started seizing up. I've done a factory reset, descaled it, but it still only works once out of every 5-10 tries if I'm lucky. Right now I can't even make a cup and I've been trying since this morning.
