We've always loved the aroma of coffee, but never liked it plain. Every Christmas we've been tempted to join the Keurig craze, but we liked the idea of crema and froth. This year we were shopping at BB&B and the scent of coffee was in the air. A person was demonstrating the machine and offered to make us a cup. The machine was so beautifully crafted and simple to use and the coffee was so creamy and wonderful! The capsules are recylable--they even provide the return mailing bags postage free--and the coffee is sustainably grown! This particular machine allows you to make regular coffee or espresso which is great. It comes with an assortment of 12 different coffee and espresso flavors to start you off. The capsules are available through Nespresso and some varieties are available on Amazon. PERFECT!!!!!!!!
I really wanted to love this machine! However, I have a few concerns and am not sure I'll keep it. 1. Major concern - the machine does not brew the coffee hot enough. I contacted Nespresso and a rep told me the more intense coffees brew hotter - I have not found this to be true. 2. Second concern: cup size; this is not built to hold a typical American cup - your cups should be taller. Also, larger cups do not sit easily on the base. 3. The photo shows a clear item, next to the frother - not sure what that is and it was not in my box. 4. Nice feature - You need to be patient with trying the various coffees in the package to determine which you like best - but the assortment is very nice. I am not sure whether the stronger regular coffees work for me - and I don't want espresso every day. 5. On the "plus" side; - Frother is very nice - easy to use. Machine is solidly-built.

I’m in love with this machine. Espressos, cappuccinos, the best coffee, iced coffee, etc all at your fingertips. The milk frother is a game changer. Totally worth the money paid. I highly recommend!
Stoped working after 4 weeks. Called and they refuse to give me a new one so. I returned it. Bad service and bad product

Product is attractive & the technology behind reading the pod barcodes is impressive. However, at the end of the day no one wants lukewarm coffee. Did not matter if it was coffee or Espresso wasn’t even close to being the appropriate temperature.
Got it for a Christmas gift love it. Have wanted one for a long time
