Nespresso definitley focused on quality coffee with their approach to pod coffee. The coffee machine, milk frother, and variety of pods they offer provide a high quality, and configurable, coffee experience. I have been a K-cup consumer for a number of years, and this move is really a significant mind-set change for a K-cup person. This machine produces a barista-like coffee, and allows the user to configure the volume that will be dispensed. Pretty nifty. Everyone's taste in coffee is their own, so putting that aside I think most of us can agree that the mountain of K-cups going to the landfill every day is troublesome at best. The thing that tipped the scale for me is Nespresso's commitment to recycling their pods. When you order pods on-line, you can also order pod recycle bags that are postage-paid. They don't cost you anything, and it feels good to know that someone has designed a renewable mentality into their product line.
Sleek design, does not take up much counter space. What appealed to me was the swivel water tank but it also concerned me as the swivel piece is not flush to the counter. Once you snap on the water tank that sits flush to the counter but there is play in the plastic swivel piece and I would be concerned it could break over time. This machine leaked all the water (60 oz) from the bottom of the machine so I returned it. I could not decide on this model or the other model with the ribbed tanks, but ended up keeping the ribbed tank version. I have been very happy with that coffee maker so far. The coffee stays hot until I have sipped my last drop, which was not the case with my Keurig. Loving the frother that was in the bundle which adds milk that is warmed so that adds to my enjoyment of hot coffee till the last sip!

I've had my Nespresso for maybe about a year now. Hands down love it more than keurig. It is the best investment I put into a coffee machine so far. I like that you can move around the water container so if you are tight on space like me, you can adjust where it sits to fit your area perfectly. The Aerrochino that comes with it is a nice additional item in the box that will make you feel like you had a coffee made from a fancy Cafe. Everything runs smooth and thankful I have not yet run into any issues. 10/10 would recommend.

Fast and simple. Their pods are recyclable and they will provide a paid mailing bag that you can drop off at ups after it’s full.

I’ve had my Nespresso machine for close to 4 years and it still works great. I always get perfectly brewed coffee and espresso without any coffee grounds and the bottom of my cup. With all the different kinds of coffee, the drink options are endless! I highly recommend this machine because it’s totally worth it.

Been using this for about 2 and a half years. It can get pricey to order different pods and milks or creamers. Takes a few tries to find what tastes good.

I love using my Nespresso machine - it’s very easy to set up and only takes seconds to produce a great cup of coffee or espresso shots. Since the machine can make both coffee and espresso shots, it’s great for everyday use.
