What do you say about a pillow? First the quality of the pillow seems excellent. The stitching is good, it's odorless, and the fill is very even. The cover is printed with a plasticy hexagons that form a honeycomb pattern. The plasticy printing makes a very faint crackly sound when you move. This is nothing like a soft down pillow, it's a little firm and thick. It's good for back sleepers who like to sleep a little propped up, positioning the pillow so it supports your shoulders, neck and head. I would imagine it's good for people with sleep apnea or acid reflux. If you position this pillow ONLY under your head it will tip your head forward. The pillow would be good for side sleepers, it will fill in the areas between your ear and your shoulder to help keep your spine and neck in a neutral position.
These “medium” pillows compress to two inches thickness with only the weight of your head. A better description should be “Soft.” One arrived wet with what appeared to be fabric softener inside the box. It did wash and dry well so I will not trouble to return.

I don't recommended if you have neck and back issues. I woke up really early with really bad aching neck and upper back.
Was looking for a supportive pillow and this lacked in support. Still had to bunch it up as flattened out.
Pillows seem very comfortable but both I purchased were missing fiber fill to the seams. It was as if the manufacturer didn’t measure correctly. CS is replacing them.. waiting to see if the new ones are also defective
This is the best pillow I've found in my life honestly.
The cooling pillow is great! Affordable and comfy
Had hopes of a fluffy somewhat little firmness pillow that was supposed to be COOL that you completely sweat on I through it in the spare bedroom where the rest of the bad pillows that do not cool go. Just terrible and you lay your head down on it and it goes completely flat had yo fold in half just to feel that something was there!
Love this! I am hot side sleeper when I sleep and I use this on my side during the night. Keeps me cool. Love it!
We really like these pillows, the cooling effect really works.
