I purchased 2 sets of these towels. One in Reseda (Green) and One in Brown (Which is a mocha color) Beautiful towels and very thick and absorbent. The washcloths are soft and feel very good on skin. Especially happy with how the washcloths lather the soap. I was so happy that I ordered 2 more sets of each color and also order additional wash cloths and hand towels. We are both over 50 and no children in the house.. They wash beautifully with very little lint. We washed the towels before using. Would highly recommend. I purchased Martha Stewart towels 2 years ago at Macy's for about the same price as these towel sets and they tore and ripped after about a year. So if you are looking for a very absorbent, high quality towels at a great price, try these towles
I bought 4 of these bath towels, and two hand towels and washcloths. I washed and dried them before they were used, and I noticed a small pull in one of the towels when it came out of the dryer. I assumed it had gotten snagged in the store and I didn’t notice since I didn’t unfold and inspect them, so I repaired it like I would repair a pull in a sweater and put it in my linen closet. My husband and I used these like any other towels, but now that they have been washed a second time, the bath towels are covered in loose strings, they are literally unraveling and falling apart, I’m assuming this is a manufacturing defect because the hand towels and wash cloths are fine. Hopefully I will still be able to return these.

We only recieved 3 of the four towels. I would like a replacement
I'd say it absorbs about 60% of the water after washing my hands. Pretty color. Soft. Not, however, as absorbent as a bathroom towel should be.
Order only included bath towels. Missing 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths.
I was looking to replace the Wamsutta towels I bought there 15 years ago. Well there was nothing like the color palette or general selection that was in store back then so I went online and ordered what appears to be the new store brand because it was the only choice with COLORS. The towels are washed once prior to use, gentle cycle as recommended, and I notice the hand towel has pulls as I’m using it. I look at a few other towels and they have random pulls too. So disappointing. Ordered three sets, just bringing them all back to the store. UGH. It turns out what I thought was a deal for a set of six was overpriced. This used to be the place to go for quality bath linens…
These towels looked and felt nice in the store, but don’t wear well at all. Within a few months, of daily use, there are many loose threads hanging out and they look old and shabby.
The towels are very soft and very absorbent. However, after washing the towels, there were spots through the towels where the color faded badly. The green towels have yellowish spots and the brown towels have light brown spots. Not sure what caused this. I did not use bleach or fabric softener. Used bounce dryer sheets. But the damage occurred during the washing.
If you're looking for a decently priced quality cotton bath towel look no further. These are nicely absorbent but still "rough" enough to feel like you got some dead skin cells off when you dry off. I've had these for about a year and a half, with weekly washing and drying on high heat, and they are wearing extremely well. A little shrinkage on the seams and band but not annoyingly so. No fading or imperfections in the dye, and colours were consistent across all the sizes I bought. Very few loose threads or other glitches. Highly recommended especially at this price!
