[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I struggle to find ice cream that I can eat and enjoy as someone who suffers from lactose intolerance. So I thought I would make my own and have tried a few different types of ice cream makers in the past. Most of them do not handle almond milk well and I just get a sad pile of ice cream. However the Ninja ice cream maker process almond milk perfectly. Also this thing is super easy to use, setup, and the best part, clean. Being able to eat good tasting dairy free ice cream is great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the idea of the Ninja CREAMi. So many different uses for this versatile machine. I found the ice cream program and the milkshake program to be the easiest to follow directions. However, there are many DO NOTS when is comes to using and making recipes. Maybe I’m reading this incorrectly, but one direction says to not use frozen fruit because it’s not a blender. But in another section it says to use frozen fruit. Then, there are other DO NOTS that I’m worried I would forget about and ruin the machine. Just remember, you need to freeze your recipe for 24 hours before you use the program to make ice cream. It doesn’t make ice cream instantly. The best feature is the milkshake one because you can use frozen ice cream to make your instant treat. Also, make sure you use the Mix In feature BEFORE the Re-Spin function. Overall, excellent idea, easy to use, however, the machine seems to be sensitive to a few too many variables.

It was scrumptious and creamy.
I love the fact that my daughter and I can come up with a game plan of a couple different ice creams to try. You can tweak your recipes to make them exactly how you want them. The only downside to this is everything has to sit for 24 hours before you can actually make that ice cream. So if you're sitting at home at 9:00 at night and you want a bowl of ice cream. You're out of luck!.

My son has a peanut allergy so i really wanted an ice cream maker. This does not make ice cream!! The closest thing to IC it can do requires cream cheese- its not very good. It cannot make smoothies either! However, this does make the BEST millshakes!

You are honestly better off buying a blender. It’s an expensive mistake buying this product. I had to get replacement parts the first time i used it and after the second time I called ninja for another machine I was just amazed that they didn’t give the option for a refund. Not a great experience for me.
My machine came broken. The girl who handed me my purchase handed me a crumpled box. It must have been broken and she didn't even check.
Received a Ninja Creami for my birthday, but immediately thought, “I will never use this since I really don’t like ice cream except vanilla.” Fast forward a week and I am in love, again, with ice cream. I first tried lemon sorbet, since I can never find lemon ice cream. AMAZING!!! Then, made lemon ice cream!! DOUBLE AMAZING!!! Thought it could not get better than that…then, I tried Cherry Ice Cream! Our new favorite dessert!!!! I am hooked…planning an ice cream tasting party with my friends!!!!!

I have been looking at this product for a few weeks now and I suddenly get a text saying the product was on sale. I was so excited that I go to the site and guess what? The creami is not on sale.. it's the exact same price as I viewed weeks ago. Shark ninja please explain. I love your products but please don't get me excited to purchase an item and then lie to me. If you're going to advertise it on sale make it on sale.
