I had the smaller Ninja but needed something bigger for my coffee loving household. I upgraded to this one and I love everything about it except the carafe that LEAKS EVERY TIME YOU POUR! I hate that and apparently can't do anything about it. Flawed design, maybe??? Fix it, Ninja!!!

We have had this coffee maker a couple weeks and so far everything has been good with it. I read reviews about the spill when pouring and we tried several times pouring with just water then coffee and have had no spill issue at all. Are people locking the lid on right when putting it back on? That’s the only way I can think of having it spill.

My husband and I are caffein addicts, and used to argue about who got more coffee, now we don’t! 7 cups each is just perfect for what we need to get through the day. I have no issues pouring, it doesn’t spill. It makes exactly 14 cups, and is amazing. My preferred choice moving forward.

We selected this model because of the 14- cup capacity. The problem is that the pot dribbles - a lot - which made a mess the first time we used it. We have to pour over the sink to eliminate the mess. I noticed that the majority of reviews that checked “Yes” to recommend the product ALSO received the product for free … I don’t want to spend the next X years pouring my coffee over the sink, and would like either a refund or a better pot.

Works as expected. Excellent instructions and ease of use. The water reservoir is easy to remove, fill up, and return to the base. Great option for anyone new to making coffee at home.

This is better then 12 cupper that I had better design. The top was hard to clean on the canister thie 14 cup is easier the water container is in a better place
