So far they have been great. Husband already cut himself-LOL . Time will tell if the sharpener keeps them sharp.
Unbelievably sharp high quality knife set.
Extremely sharp does a find job.
This was a gift for my son and daughter in law and they are very pleased with it.
beautiful knives, very sharp. I haven't sharpened them yet, but they are still so sharp, we have to get used to sharp knives again
I bought these after my current set of knives were so dull they were useless. These new knives are super sharp and very well built.
