Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick™ 2-Piece Baking Sheet & Rack Set

I use this as a roasting pan and it works very well for that. Rack is nice as well (heavy and non-stick), but I don't often use it (as per Molly Stevens' cookbook.) The size is perfect for tenderloin. If I were baking cookies on it, I would want it a little larger, but I have other pans for that. Overall a great pan and very happy with purchase.

I have baked on it several times and so far its still performing the same since the day I got it. I love how the rack fits nicely into the pan and I can render fat from my meat while also giving it a perfect crisp crust from all angles. No need to flip halfway through with this baking sheet duo. The best part about using this baking sheet is the clean up. Nothing sticks like literally nothing which makes cleaning the baking sheet & rack so effortlessly. The baking pan itself is quality made. The thickness of the metal is not flimsy so putting heavier meats & foods on them are not a problem. Love this set it's a kitchen must have!!

The baking sheet includes a rack set which is a great addition. I use the rack to make oven baked fried chicken. The chicken comes out nice and crispy and the clean up is so easy afterwards.

I love making cookies and love when the bottom gets crispy so the rack is the perfect option. I wish it was slightly bigger but its great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't aware that Ninja makes bakeware but I really like this baking sheet and rack. The 10"×15" size is perfect for large batches of many different foods. The rack is versatile for roasting and/or cooling. The safety, use and care instructions are clear and easy to understand. This is the easiest to clean baking pan I've ever had. I'll have to look into more Ninja bakeware.
