I usually cook eggs and they will stick a little bit I like butter so that helps. I’ve tried cooking pork chop and sirloin steak and it will sear as long as I have it on medium heat. Food taste good unlike other pan leaving a metal taste. I’m happy with the purchase

Good quality, fast beat, easy to take care of.
Easy to clean & nothing sticks to these pans. Great buy.
Brand new, used it twice. Let on a medium burner 15 min after cooking. Pan is ruined. It may be well built but the margin for error is thinner than a hair. Completely disappointed. My fault indeed but it’s like every other product. None of the features help anything.

The first non stick that is non stick. Its only drawback is its weight ... heavier than my Stainless set. I've been a stainless guy all my life. Never satisfied with non stick until now. I always threw them out.
