Only had it for two weeks but works well. At least the bottom is flat. Not like the sauté pan which has a deep well around the edge. Nice thing is the lid from the 4Qt. sauté fits the 12" fry pan so it helps heat things faster. I like how sturdy it is and it sits flat on my electric stove. Slower to heat up since it is nice and thick. This way I can cook gentler foods without worrying about burning. Other non-sticks are too thin and the heat just gets carried away. Same settings that get up to 450F and higher with the Cxxxxx Chxx, only reach 350F with this pan. Way better heat control. Less burned food and can truly cook almost anything without oils. I have thrown in sliced onions and then fried up veggie burgers with no oil at all and they came out great. In the copper colored pans onions just burn and veggie burgers fall apart from burning and sticking. But not in this Never Stick. Like I said easiest cleanup ever.
After many years of use, it was time to start looking for replacements for the nonstick caphalon skillets I use almost every day. I researched online and found good reviews for this pan, so instead of replacing with another - more expensive caphalon skillet, I decided to try this one out. The first thing I cooked was an egg. The egg stuck worse than it does in my nearly worn out caphalon. I'm not happy with this purchase. I saw a similar review on this site for the 8 inch version. I wish I'd read that before buying this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan has really made a difference in my kitchen. Nothing sticks to it and it cooks evenly. It’s my go to pan every time. I’m looking toward to getting the set. My mom cooked with it one day and went right out to get her own.

My husband and I went looking for pots and pans a couple months ago and decided to try the Ninja set. It’s already chipping and we only use wood or plastic on them. I’m so disappointed that we spent all that money and it’s already chipping and scratching.
I don’t like the fact that the bottom is intentionally NOT flat! Pour oil and it rolls to the side. Pour in eggs they roll to the side so you never can make eggs over easy. I thought my pan was warped but their customer service was like that’s how we roll but didn’t say why they were made that way. You can’t use spray oil which you find in little tiny print. They are quality made but I don’t like the design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had mixed luck with nonstick pans before. They have worked fine but not tended to last very long. This one has - it is well made and sturdy and definitely gets the non-stick part right as well. We are happy with it.

Stuck with everything cooked. I bought 2 sizes. Both going in trash!!
This is the second pan I order and I'm about to order a third one as a present since my friend fell in love with this pan as well. The first one I have for over a year already. Nothing sticks to it, has great heat conduction as well. Heavy sturdy and pretty!
I have been careful to use rubber utensils when using this frying pan, however there are several scratches on it after only having it barely a month.
This is my favorite pan. Nothing sticks to it. It's super easy to clean, and it still looks brand new after using it daily for the past year. I tell anyone looking for pots and pans.
