I bought this awhile ago and just took it out of the box about 6-7 months ago. The temp and the time set will not change unless I am raising it. I can not get the temp to go lower or the cook time to change. Ninj will not work with me.

Oven is very loud when running, temperature is extremely hot, food cooks too fast and dries out. I am experimenting with decreasing temps and cook times. Food actually overcooks in the time it takes to preheat. Time will tell. It is super easy to clean, very nonstick and perfect size.

I bought this a coupke weeks ago to upgrade from my older version Ninja grill. I just love the thermometer, it really takes a lot of the guess work out of grilling. I have only used this new one twice so far but it does the same wonderful grilling as the older version. And it's a little bigger so I should be able to grill more wings when I make them. I have several Ninja products and find them to be durable and well made. And if you hate schlepping outside in the cold and snowy winter to grill this is really the appliance to get. In fact, I barely used my outdoor gas grill last summer as I used the Ninja grill most of the time. Thanks Ninja for a great product.

I have cooked, many steaks and burger patties on the grill. My favorite feature is the built in thermostat probe. I love using this "grill" at work. The biggest con of all is the annoying beeping and sounds that this device makes. Please make it possible to shut them off in future models.

I got this as a Christmas present and I absolutely love it….I just made beef kabobs on this and my family tore this up no leftovers!! Highly recommend

I got this gifted on Christmas and the safety feature that says "ADD GRATE" was defective. It might work good but i have no idea because it wont let you cook anything if that is not working. Call support and they said it has to be sent back. So far not impressed ninja.

My first impression was ok it is small inside, it takes around 6 paces of chicken or meat But it does the job very good no smell no smoke I like it specially in cold days when i cannot makes it to outside
