I traded in my Vitamix that I had for years for a juicer and was lost without a blender. I needed a blender AND a food processor and did not want to spend the $400 again on a Vitamix so I opted for this kitchen system after much research and contemplation. First off for all the people saying it's loud, let me say it is not as loud as the Vitamix. You could hear me blending with a Vitamix from outside. These high power blenders have a motor equivalent to a lawn mower, so being loud is to be expected. On to the review, it made an awesome smoothie, no ice, no large pieces. I am happy with it. It does lock to prevent kids from grinding their hands inside of it. However, unlike the Vitamix, this blade is removable and sharp so it should not be left in the reach of children or young adults not qualified to handle cutlery. But I am happy with my downgrade, it gets the job down for less than half the price and with BBB return policy I have the peace of mind to know if something happens, I can return it :) I also love the cups, you can make it for yourself or your family on the go. The food processor is also a bonus, this is a huge buy and great savings in my opinion.
Over all, I do really love this product. However the big pitcher cracked within the first month, although it clearly says it's dishwasher safe. I recommend only hand washing both pitchers. The blender itself has been great so far as well as the food processor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender has great features and is super easy to use! Comes with different cups and a big blender. It’s super easy to clean and looks sleek too. I use it daily for smoothies, protein shakes, and other drinks. I would highly recommend this product to others!

I bought this as a gift to myself when I was pregnant with my daughter. Within a few weeks the bowl processor snapped at it's plastic base. The company replaced it and it broke again within in a few weeks. I'm sure I'm out of the warranty now. The extractor still works with the smoothie/tumbler. I use that quite a bit, although the plastic has chipped in one spot, it's a design flaw. I wish I could leave a better review. I'll have to shop for a replacement soon, I think the Vitamix might be worth saving up for.
I was very happy with my Ninja Blender until the lid for the mixing bowl broke and the company does not sell a replacement. The product is now useless to me as you cannot blend anything without the lid.

Never worked! Useless and wastage of money
The Ninja is working fine with the exception of the blades. I have replaced 2 blades in the last 4 months after they have 'frozen' up on me.

I had a Ninja prior to this that lasted for 4 years of multiple uses a day before the motor started to go. I was hoping this system would last just as long but that is not the case...something happened around 6 months in so now it barely ever turns on. When it does turn on, its like the power supplied to it is spotty and it flickers in and out. It's not the electricity in my house as all my other items are running just fine. I don't know if i just got a lemon, but its very disappointing. Would not recommend this product.
The smoothie nutri-bullet blade broke on the 5th use as I was trying to open it. This was really disappointing as I had been have a really great experience with the system until then. The only other issue is it is quite noisy.
Can't believe I didn't get this product sooner. It's amazing and we use it just about every day for wonderful smoothies.
