[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is wonderful, it is not only an oven but also an air fryer and dehydrator! I love the flip up design which saves so much counter space when not in use, we have a small kitchen with limited counter space so this is an amazing feature! I am also surprised by how much food can fit in there; I can only cook 2-3 chicken drumsticks with my air fryer but I can now cook up to 10 chicken drumsticks in this Ninja air fry oven. The cook time is about the same as my air fryer, however now I am able to choose between air fry, air roast or air broil and give my dish that extra crispiness if needed. This oven is also very fast with preheat and vent itself to completely cool down. With that being said there are a few flaws I have noticed: 1 . The cord organizer on the back of the oven does not really work for me; my plugin is on the right of my oven and when I tried to keep the cord secured on the cord organizer it is not long enough to reach the outlet without the oven getting in the way of the plugin. 2. The oven is very narrow height-wise, so it is difficult to get both the air fry basket and sheet pan in and out of the oven using the bulky oven gloves if you need to stir/flip your food in the middle of cooking. 3. I wish the air fry basket was designed to prop up from the sheet pan even when not sitting in the oven so that when I had to pull them out for flipping my chicken drumsticks they were not sitting in the grease due to the air fry basket touching the bottom of the sheet pan as I cannot just pull the basket out without making a mess. Other than these minor issues I love this multiple function oven and would consider this a kitchen must have if you use oven and air fryer as much as I do at home.
I’ve had this oven for over a year, I asked for it for Christmas. I was so excited to try all the new features. It has truly become my go to appliance. I rarely use my actual oven. This oven really expanded our dinner menu. Sadly as well as it cooks and as fast as it cooks the cleaning of this oven has become the one household chore I dread. The grease splatter is impossible to just wipe off with water and a soft towel. I’ve tried every type of soft cleanser and nothing has worked. I finally tried a mixture of dish soap, white vinegar and backing soda and left it on over night. I think it helped, problem was it was impossible to rinse out and water and soap got everywhere. Had to let the unit sit for days as it dried out, when I finally tried to start it up, I got smoke and ash. I think it’s done for sadly and I know it’s my fault but Ninja please take some responsibility in the lack of convenient cleaning options. We are buying the XL smart oven in hopes it’s easier to access and clean. Fingers crossed.

Not sure what it can actually air fry. The ends of all air fried items are burnt and the middle is cold. Doesn't matter if you follow the instructions for time , shaking and rotating. It takes over an hour for fries to air fry. It takes less time in my oven to bake them and they aren't burnt. Toast, forget it unless you have 5 -10 minutes to wait for toasted bread. Cleaning is frustrating. It smokes often while doing many of the fuctions( the food cooking causes smoke) Not sure if there are other combo appliances that work. I do not recommend this particular model. Sadly easier, faster, cleanable and cheaper to use my stove or oven.

This thing heats up so quickly that I do not preheat. I wait until I put the food into the toaster oven to turn it on. I've roasted vegetables in, baked blueberry cobble, toasted nuts, bakes cookies, also chicken thighs, etc. I love it. (Note the inside is not that high--so you couldn't put in an entire chicken. That's not why I bought it so it wokrs for us.

Bought this Nov 2021. I use it almost everyday. Loved it that much. In Nov of 2022 noticed the fan was really loud, making grinding noise. Called to get help was hung up on. Such a bummer cause I really liked it.

I bought this little oven after my stove stopped working. I thought I would make do until I can get a new one. After a couple weeks of using the ninja digital air fryer oven, I'm not sure I even need a full size stove. It cooks everything so much faster, sometimes in the same amount of time my stove took just to preheat. Air fry option is a game changer for us. I even bought a small cast iron skillet and cook my morning eggs in there. It's also nice how it flips up and out of the way. I have limited counter space so that's a big plus in my book. Best purchase I've made in a long time!

I bought this in Sept 2022. Used very little and the heating element which is covered in a glass type material broke. dinner was full of glass or whatever the material is. Support from Ninja was non existent and really frustrating. You cannot buy replacement parts nor can the parts list be found anywhere.

We had a Ninja Pro that still works; I just wanted something I could keep on the counter. Who designed this thing? It’s sheer genius! So, so easy to fold up, replaces my toaster and air fries better than the old one - and so much quieter! Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
