Ninja® TWISTI High Speed Blender in Platinum

THis is my second Ninja blender and until this last weekend my friend pointed out the blade assembly base has the plastic shredding into my smoothies each time i make one. We pulled out my last blender and it had the same, only you can tell where ive made tons of smoothies that apparently i was also eating plastic. Why must this happen? Now my new one has the same plastic gouges in the base. So as far as we can tell, while the blades are spinning, it is spinning with such a force it is gouging into the plastic. Plus it is unbelievably loud.

I love this new Ninja replacing my old ninja, the last 2 days I noticed that I can't screw the chopper lid onto the large cup, today I really looked at it and noticed the rim of the large cup is warped. I find it difficult to have any customer support from BBB and would just love to exchange this cup for a new one. If customer support reaches out, I will change my overall rating.

I absolutely love this. However, mine is super loud and can be heard throughout most of my apartment building.

If it was judged by blending alone, I would have kept it. This blender sounded like a lawnmower was in my kitchen. I put a towel over it and wore earplugs. I do a lot of blending so this wasn’t working for me. Sent it back because I’d like to keep my hearing.

Very happy with this blender. I’ve used it for smoothies almost every day since I bought it six months ago. It’s compact—a big plus when you have little counter space—and easy to clean.

This was a Christmas gift and your request for a review was sent way to early. This is the only complaint otherwise it would be 5 stars. Great price, fast delivery, easy operation.

I have had this for a few weeks and I have made smoothies and frosting for cookies. It’s very easy to use. It makes very creamy smoothies too. Clean up is fairly simple too.

It’s a great blender. I use it a lot. I will recommend it to my friends.
