I am an Army Officer representing my country overseas and purchased this china for hosting high level officials from the host country I am assigned. Noritake makes high quality porcelain china and the Crestwood Platinum is very elegant and beautiful. Best of all is that the company will replace any broken pieces for less than 50% discount of the original price. Just make sure you register your dinnerware. Strongly recommended.
I fell in love with this set; it was elegant yet simple. But my husband has just noticed the "inside" platinum rim is coming off. We've had this set for less than one year (1st anniversary in 5 days)! I am extremely disappointed. Note: no, we do not use "lime" detergent. Note2: we do not use a dishwasher either.

These plates are even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Looks great as an accent plate or on its own. I am extremely pleased with these plates and cannot wait to host a fancy brunch!

I am so happy I bought this particular China, in the platinum Crestwood design!!! It is so beautiful!!! I am In love with the set!!! I always wanted simple silver lined China. I was actually looking for that and came across the Crestwood….loved it so much that I decided to buy it instead. It is very simple and classy but embellished just enough!!! I loved unboxing it and looking for any flaws so that I could return anything just in case I needed to, but everything was flawless so flawless… I usually end up with the lemon. In this case everything was beyond perfect!!! I had such a pleasant and an enjoyable time unwrapping the China. It will go with everything. I even have some gold beaded chargers and placemats. And they complemented them so well!!! Also the cost was a really good value for everything; especially with a BB&B coupon. I highly recommend!!!
Almost perfect piece, wish it came with a cover for butter.

Simple, but beautiful design around the edge. Great quality china. Fantastic price for the value set. This was a gift, and arrived well packaged and quickly. I have the same pattern set and know the quality of this China.

I am happy with the design and quality of the set. However, I am giving 4 stars because the oval vegetable bowl/dish is not perfect. The bottom is not level and it was rocking on the counter.
