Baby loves the product but the nubs are coming off and now I’m worried about my baby ingesting them.

I hate to leave one star for any product, but my son could have died while using this product yesterday if I had not been paying attention. Yes, he has had this for a few months, but managed to bite the yellow end off. The large hard piece that came off was more than capable of ending his life. This is not a safe toy.

My son really liked this product because he's teething but I noticed the nubs are falling off and noticed one in is mouth the other day. I'm no longer using this product as I'm unsure how healthy it is for my son to be swallowing little bits of plastics.

Love how the texture is all around on the white part of the banana instead of just on the front like other brands. Nice soft silicon.
