NutriBullet® 1200-Watt Blender Combo with Single Serve Cups

Weak blender. It is not capable of blending frozen fruit for smoothies. Left with hard chunks of frozen fruit even when placed on the highest setting. I used to have a highland blender that was 300 watts and it was way better than this. I thought that 1200 watts would be worth the money. It is not.

I purchased the NutriBullet Blendor Combo a few years ago. It was great to use, but then, I noticed it was wearing down the bottoms of the choppers that were used to make single smoothies. A couple weeks ago, I put the blender portion on instead of the single choppers, and have mercy! I smelled smoke and metal. Once I stopped it, removed the Blender, there were metal shavings everywhere! I ended up having to discard it because it was too dangerous to use anymore. It was only used to make smoothies; that’s why it was hard for me to accept the fact it did what it did; hence, the rating I gave it. I really liked it, and am willing to try another one, but I’ll make sure to notify the manufacturers the first sign I have problems with it.

Used the blender (64 oz) only once. I couldn't remove the easy-twist extractor blade for cleaning, even after letting my husband tackle it. I haven't used it since.

Received the blender combo as a gift and liked the option for small and large amounts. I did not really use it and then started using the smaller cup for smoothies etc. Within a couple months the metal sounded like it was grinding and I was noticing a burning smell. This did not happen with the big blender though only the smaller attachment. Called to voice my concerns as this is a relatively new product and would not have called if I had actually used it alot. I have purchased a magic bullet that lasted over 10 years so found this very disappointing. My sister also has a blender that died just after the year. Not paying this amt of money for a disposable product. Have lost faith in the durability of these products

I bought the NutriBullet combo about 2 years ago. A few months ago, while using it, I saw smoke coming out of the blender. Apparently, the blades have to be replaced every 6 months which is weird because I have another blender that is way cheaper and lasted more than 10 years. Disappointed, I should have read the reviews and chosen a different blender or bought another cheap one if I had to discard it in 2 years anyway.
