NutriBullet® 1200-Watt Blender Combo with Single Serve Cups

Absolutely love it! Powerful! Use every day

I bought the NutriBullet combo about 2 years ago. A few months ago, while using it, I saw smoke coming out of the blender. Apparently, the blades have to be replaced every 6 months which is weird because I have another blender that is way cheaper and lasted more than 10 years. Disappointed, I should have read the reviews and chosen a different blender or bought another cheap one if I had to discard it in 2 years anyway.

This blender has issues with the cup in place switches. They are not dirty or stuck they are just cheap. I would imagine the contacts burn out and the blender needs that connection to start the blades.

I was looking for a blender that could do all the regular stuff and also make peanut butter. This one is advertised as peanut butter capable and seemed to have enough power that it should be able to do that. It even includes a peanut butter recipe. But the "makes peanut butter" claim turned out to be wrong. It made the first few batches (maybe 3 or 4) OK, but then smoked a little and shut down. After cooling off it was still OK for smoothies. I tried another batch of peanut butter and got more smoke but success. But the next time I tried to do peanut butter the smoke was big and the unit died. I'm asking for warranty coverage so I can use the refund to invest in a stronger machine. Eventually I'll figure out which brand/model can really do it. Homemade peanut butter is the best!

Spent up big and threw old model out but new touch button and blade design combo kit lasted me one batch of shakes before lid leaks each time thereafter. Base is near impossible to wash mess up and so I threw mine under the tap it was that frustrating Moulded handle large cup split after freezing it. It is as loud as a car and whereas ninja brand is only as loud as a quiet conversation. New blade design is weaker or limited more so than older blade styles. If you freeze this blade it’s as good as toast (whereas old models) I would get away with that every time no issues Called NutriBullet and they say cups are freezable but not with any screw lid or blade attached They tried to suggest I place gladwrap over the cup to protect the cup and to stop the contents from inside the cup leaking when I freeze it Absolute junk (save your time and money) and is why this particular model is heavily reduced to clear (it’s not worth the haste’s trust me) I will never buy this brand again

They work really well whether your making smoothies, milkshakes or even lemonade for the kids this blender is the best. You can do a personal size or use the big jug. It got so many options. Love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product because my ninja gave out after several years. I am a big ninja fan but decided to try the Nurtibullet instead. I do like it a lot and it works great. I love how I can use the big blender for big items and the small blender for sinks items. Both work great!
