I bought mine and was very upset with it. When I sat down and read all the instructions I found I was doing things all wrong.(Men don't need instructions).I found that cooking was so easy now. I looked at a lot of others and this has the best basket size and all the attachments that come with it are amazing. You have to do things just the way and the exact time recommended no more no less. I have never had steak and chicken come out so tender and perfect before. This is a great product and I would recommend it to everyone. Look at the basket and things you get with this one then look what you get with other ones. This is the best.

This is super easy to use and very easy to clean. Great size!
After just 10 months it no longer works properly. Very disappointing. The next one I purchase will not be nuwave. It takes forever to heat up and won’t keep temperature. Where something took 10 minutes to cook previously it now takes 3 x that amount if at all with very little browning.
Not worth the price! Purchased just over a year ago, only used it maybe 5-6 times and it stops working in the middle of cooking dinner last night! Absolutely furious!
The tray in basket falls out when dumping basket. Very hot and trying not to get burnt. Panel comes in watts not degrees , have to read manual to change. It’s confusing for older person like me.
I bought this a few months ago and one day it just stopped working. I called BedBathAndBeyond but they said because it’s more than 2 months they can’t do anything about it.
I bought this NuWave airfryer as a gift for my son, after he used it only a few times it stopped working. We're very unhappy, because we loved it at the beginning.
This item has already burned out after five months , do not recommend .is there not a warranty? Very disappointed !
I bought 2 air fryers one for me and one to gift. I started using my air fryer and within the first use, it stopped working in the middle of my cooking. I then used my second air fryer that was meant to be gifted, and that lasted for approximately three months before it also stopped working mid cooking. Display would not turn on, completely dead. I did get a replacement from the manufacturer, but I have very little faith that it will last very long. so buyer beware. I’d look into a different brand all together.
