This is the third set that I have bought...all for different homes. Its classic styling goes with any table setting. The set is of substantial weight, and has maintained it's beautiful shine.
Didn't realize how big the soup spoons or how small the teaspoons were until after we purchased. Also, maybe because the teaspoons are so small, they tend to conduct the heat of the tea or coffee to the handle so it is too hot to stir. Basically bought this because my husband wanted a set where the knives had somewhat serrated blades. Also the handles don't fit in the slots of our dishwasher silverware holder.

Incredible product, great quality! Heavy duty and classic design.
I have a set of Oneida Icarus flatware from years ago and bought these to have a few extra. Very disappointed because they don't match the old ones. The handles of this set have a noticeably straighter, and harder edge compared to the more beveled, curved edges of the old set. The difference is obvious visually and tactilely so they're not a good match. I also don't like the feel of these because of the hard edge of the handle, so would return them even if they didn't match my previous set
Definitely love the look and feel of this set! Very strong but the look is very nice. I got the 45 piece set, but I will likely get another 20 piece of the same to have extra.

I absolutely love our new Oneida Icarus 20-piece and 45-piece flatware sets; now we have a service for 12!! We bought our son the Oneida Icarus 45-piece flatware set when he graduated from college and moved into his own place! His flatware is still remarkably beautiful today, 25 years later! Way to go, Oneida!!
I'm a simple person so this is a nice set. It is well made. The set is very solid. Seems to be serving its purpose.
