Oneida® Michelangelo 6-Piece Hostess Set

The pattern might be the (mostly) same old pattern, but the stamping on these pieces is so bad that it really doesn't even look the same as my vintage Michelangelo. You just can't trust the images, the pieces won't have that highly detailed, three-dimensional stamp. Only one of mine feels out of the 6-piece set feels like a keeper. I won't be buying more, I'll buy used.

Still love it since 1974. Still look brand new after all these years of use. I ordered more as I will soon be the one hosting my family for holiday meals.

The Michelangelo silver tone place settings are beautiful. I would recommend buying the 5-piece place settings in-store rather than online. They are only $36.99 in-store and more than twice the price online at $88.99. I have noticed this discrepancy for at least 6 months or more.

I have two generations of this flatware in my family and when I went to go buy it for my own set I was shocked at how inexpensive it was for the quality. It is absolutely gorgeous, high quality and wears very well even after tons of dishwasher cycles. Could easily be played up or down as formal holiday highlight or as a special addition to your casual shabby chic dinnerware. It is so unique, classic and feels great to hold. I'd recommend it to anyone that was at all interested in having something that felt old world without the giant price tag.

My mom has been collecting pieces from this set for years. They are beautifully crafted and this is the only place to find them!
