Love the mesh enclosure. It really keeps the shoes from falling out. Very sturdy frame too. The only problem was that the thin plastic caps that fit over the part that hooks through the metal pieces that fit over the door kept coming off. Then the whole rack would fall. It scrapped my door several times. Also some of the shoes fell out. It was heavy enough that I had to completely unload it before I could put the caps back on and put the metal over the door. Lucky that I have a solid core door because it probably would have done damage to the door. Loved it so much but was totally heartbroken about this major problem. The saying is that necessity is the mother of invention so I pondered on the problem a lot. Finally I took the thin plastic cap to my local Ace Hdwe. store and looked for one that was similar in diameter but had some strength to it.. Looked in the ones that are made to fit on chair legs or for cane tips. The rubber is really strong. It had a ridge on the inside that wouldn't let the cap go far enough over the rod so I got a paring knife and trimmed it off. Then it fit very snugly. It hasn't slipped off a single time since I rigged the fit. I have it totally loaded and can even put more than the usual 3 pair by putting some on side edge. It is heavy enough that it doesn't flop back and forth when I open the door either. I would advise the company to go to a hardware store and purchase the "fix" that I used, then design their own heavy rubber type materal that won't flop off at the least amount of stress. Then it will get a perfect 5 star rating.
It is really a nice shoe rack, however, the design is not right. It holds many shoes which makes it extremely heavy. That in itself would be okay, if the design was correct. Becasue of the weight , it pulls out the top part and completely comes offf the door. I have had it for 2 weeks right now and its been down 4 times!!

This is working great. It was a little challenging to put together to figure out what direction to put the net on the back. I originally thought it might be metal but it is nylon. Nonetheless it holds very well. I am so glad I purchased it what a great value!
Moving into a small apartment, I needed the floor space in my clothes closet. This shoe rack was easy to put together. When I hung it on my door, it was so sturdy and held so many pairs of shoes. The rack solved my issue. I recommend this well made and reasonably priced shoe rack.
Assembly isn't easy but it is possible, however the rods are not the exact same length so when you try to tighten the screws you'll have trouble. The screws to fasten the hangars to the door break even when turning them by hand. Lastly even though it says "This rack features adjustable hooks that allow it fit over all commercial and residential doors and mesh backings to prevent shoes from sliding", this is not true. This rack will NOT fit on a 24 inch door. It will scrape the frame of the door when closing. Lastly when about 1/2 full with shoes, the top supports start to bend and it is even more of a problem to close the door. In short it is fragile, only fits wider closet doors, and unless you fill it with 30 pairs of kids shoes it will fall apart.
we have a narrow closet, so my wife's shoes needed to be up out of the way, and this shoe rack fit the bill perfectly. Assembly is easy, although figuring out which way the fabric shelves went on was a bit confusing at first.
This product works great and allows for a great deal of shoe storage. The directions for assembly were a little vague, but overall not to hard to understand.
Does it’s job. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks and haven’t had any issues at all!
Holds so many shoes, saves space and I can see them!!! Such a great purchase.
