Bottom broke off during first time use after pouring hot water just to clean it before actual use. It says the material is glass so the assumption was hot water would be fine. But turns out it is cheaply made.
We use this for gatherings and eliminate a lot of plastic bottles. The valve is easy to operate and the glass leaves no “plastic flavoring” in the water. Simple and quite useful.
Review title is true, but...it leaked at the spigot. I could not tighten enough to stop the leak, (and they warn against over-tightening, and yes, I had it put together correctly. I doubt they ALL leak but this one did and I had to return it.
The dispenser is nice . However, it leaks , several reviews about it , I should have heeded the warning. Now I have to purchase another dispenser that's works the way it's suppose to .

I followed the directions for the spout and it doesn’t appear to be leaking . The one I’d received was obviously used and returned and it was sticky and gross - yuck ! I decided to clean it well rather than go through the hassle of exchanging it . It looks nice . Wish it had a handle on the top , it looks a little funny to me without one .
Leaks a lot. Used it for a party. Also used it to dispense laundry detergent. Would not recommend. Love the size fits 2 gallon of liquid.

Love this container. I bought the wooden base to go with it. A base is definitely needed to lift it.
I honestly feel like I got lucky with this purchase. I originally had my eyes on the Bee & Willow Drink Dispenser to go with the Bee & Willow Home Mango Wood Base, but the reviews on the actual dispenser were really bad. They were mostly talking about leaks and I didn't want that for my Thanksgiving Dinner. I bought the Our Table Beverage Dispensers hoping it would fit on the Bee & Willow base and to my surprise it did. In my opinion better with less wiggle room too! I think these two items fit perfectly together and I'm happy to be the first to write a review. There are NO LEAKS, it holds a little more, and personally, I think it looks beautiful.
