Used it on a turkey and it really worked nicely for carving.
Love this set! Have old utensils and took forever to carve anything. A gift to myself. Now I need a case to put them in.
I really like how light these are to handle and how well they cut through tough meat.
This is a great carving set! We used it for our Christmas meal - the knife is sharp, and both the knife and fork were strong enough to handle the roast AND the turkey!
