Our Table™ Ceramic Pie Weights

These pie weights are nice, but there are too few in one box for a 9” pie, so I bought 2 boxes. Otherwise they are fine -

These pie weights do the job.

Placed in bottom of the large oven-proof pot with lid with sour dough bread to add required steam. Rinsed well first in colander; then placed in bowl of water to soak overnight. Had hard crust in bread. Used soaked Ceramic Weights to solve hard crust problem. The steam, slowly emanating from the Weights, seemed to help. Suggest. trying.

The box it comes in seems like cheap plastic. I feel like I really have to force it down in order for it to click closed that it actually cracked pie of the pie weights....

I love the pie weights because they my pie crust from bubbling up

These are great when making a quench.

I've always wanted to see if a product like this would make my baking better. This does the job, but I get a little worried that thyey aren't clean enough

These works for pie making and is similar to name brand ones. Happy with the purchase.
