I honestly cannot think of anything that this would cut, except dough that had been rolled wafer thin. it definitely will not cut a pizza, or even score it enough that you could pull it apart. I was so disappointed!

Even though I have little use for the straight line cut wheel, the other wheel is perfect for cutting dough for my pies.

this item was very durable and functioned like a high quality party cutter. It is a nice addition to have in my kitchen as i start to bake more and more. In addition it was very easy to clean and i cant wait to use it again!

I have never owned a pastry wheel before, so I really have nothing to compare it to. I love that it has a smooth and fluted wheel in one utensil. The pastry wheel is very easy to hold and use. The smooth side makes crisp cuts with little effort. I was not as impressed with the fluted side. While it cuts easily and is definitely fluted, i thought the fluting could have been more distinct; it didn’t give me as much of a pattern as I would have liked.

This pastry wheel has two different cutting wheels. Each wheel is 1 5/8 inches wide. One is straight and the other has fluted edges. It works really well for cutting a variety of doughs as well as for slicing pizza and quesadillas. The different blades make it so you can add a decorative edge to your dough. It's easy to use and clean.

This tool cut well but was somewhat awkward to use. Both of wheel styles on same handle is a nice idea but when I tried to change hands to cut a different direction it felt ‘backwards’. Also difficult to clean between blades.

So easy to use! The wheel just glides so easily. I used this to make the viral Tic Tok wraps. I love that it has a straight edge as well as a wavy edge. Can’t wait to use this the next time I make fresh pasta to cut farfalle/bow ties! I can see myself using this to cut tarts, pizza, focaccia, cookie bars, brownies and so much more!

Absolutely love this little gadget! I have been using a pizza cutter in a pinch. This is much better suited for baking. Gives you two options- straight edges and crimped. Cuts dough like a champ. I cannot wait to make homemade ravioli with it!
