Decent enough for dough but we have used it for many other things. For mashing avocado to make guacamole and mashing potatoes this is an excellent tool. The finger grips don't align with every hand. For instance I have very small hands while my husband has very large ones so it is an easier tool for him to use.

This dough blender arrived a little damaged. The exterior blades were bent. Otherwise, it's a great product. I used it but it would have been even better if the blades were straight. It's nice and sharp, and comes with a plastic blade protector (which came off in shipping). I would recommend it.
