Small enough in size to fit inside a number of different roasting pans. The expandable length makes that feature even more versatile. Construction feels slightly on the “flimsy” side…however, it proves to be more than durable enough, with substantial cuts of meat.

I gave my daughter my old fashion one so replaced mine with this. This is much more handy in that it lays flat when not in use and you can move the turkey with the handles. It is easier than having to move the turkey with forks Also you can adjust for the turkey size. Works great.

I bought this for my Christmas turkey and I loved it. It was a breeze to lift the turkey out of the pan. So much easier and safer than than the flat rack that came with my roasting pan! Highly recommend.

This roasting rack held my 16lb Thanksgiving turkey perfectly in my electric roaster oven. It was easy to lift out (with hot pads) and place on the cutting board. My ONLY issue/complaint is the rack was washed 1 time in the dishwasher and the sections on both sides where the rack expands rusted. It wouldn't have expected it to rust after one use. I returned it to BBB for a refund and will search for a different one for next Thanksgiving.
