I needed a really large pastry mat for my home-made puff pastry and this is the perfect size. The Silpat mats that I checked out were 5 times the price of this one. I have used it many times since purchasing it just a few weeks ago. It lies flat on my countertop and is easy to clean and store. The price is so good, I am buying a second one just to have on hand.

I use it as a counter mat when I bake. Easier for bowl bumps and scrapes. Easier for clean up

This is a fine baking mat. Not quite as good as the standard one, but more than adequate.

I have used these nonstick silicone baking mats for about 15 years and would never be without them. My old ones did not make it in the move. I was glad you still carry them.

I wouldn't bake any cookie without this mat. I have bought my friends, family these and have them using these for baking needs as well. My granddaughter Is getting married in May, and I bought these for her bridal shower, plus a ton of other things for the kitchen from Bed, Bath and Beyond as well. She loved the UGG comforter as well.
