Love this griddle. Easy to clean. Can use on stove top, grill, or in the oven. My chicken wings cooked crisp to perfection and in less time. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good cast iron griddle.
Maybe I’m being picky but I really don’t like the texture on this griddle. It is very textured and uneven. I made pancakes and grilled cheese and the texture left on both was not smooth. I also made scrambled and fried eggs. I used oil on the eggs and they stuck to the pan. The fried eggs broke and I really had to scrape to get all the scrambled eggs off. Now I’m not sure if this is because the griddle is not fully “seasoned” yet, but it is advertised as a “seasoned griddle” so that was a bit disappointing. Hopefully after more use it will be more easy to use.

Very disappointed as its not pre seasoned. As per directions, for my first use made tortillas and it slightly stuck and had a bit of a hard time flipping the tortilla. Oiled well and for my 2nd use made burgers and it stuck and burned. I had it at medium low while cooking so it cant be the temperature. Used hot water as suggested but still burned part stuck to the grill. Now i have ruined it by scrubbing it to hard.

I love this griddle; its my first experience with cast iron. Cooks quickly and evenly.
Beautiful and cooks evenly. Love it. A little heavy, but very happy. Wash without soap, add vegetable oil quickly.
I used the flat side for pancakes. No problem. Used the grill side to make chicken kebabs. Rubbed olive oil on before I started even though claimed to be pre-seasoned. Black char all over grill. Eventually got It off with a lot of elbow grease!!
I gave it only 4 stars because my wife complained that the oil runs over to the sides where it has a grove for oil to go into. I don't know why you would want your oil to go in the groove on the sides because the plate is recessed, so oil would not flow over, so there is no need for that. You want your oil to stay on the plate. I am debating taking it back over this issue. But I do want to keep it, at least for a stove top holder when you are not burning anything or only using half of the stove, you can place some items on it. Our kitchen tends to be on the smaller side, living not enough room to put things somewhere.

I was really looking forward to receiving the Preseasoned Cast Iron Griddle. The product didn't disappoint and is what I was looking for. Makes cooking breakfast easier and quicker. Less pans to use/clean.

I’ve been wanting to grab one of these double grill/griddles for a while now. So happy with this one! It is excellent quality and much heavier than I expected. It heats up evenly, even on my induction stove top! I’ve made pancakes and French toast on the griddle and we grilled some chicken on the grill side and everything turned out perfect! Definitely recommend!
