We purchased this for our new baby and I was super excited about it for the price point. We were able to use the 20% off code which was nice because some items from BBB don't let you use the code. We also used a gift card so we received the crib at a fantastic price. It came quickly to store but when I went to pick it up they said there was a dent in the box and they wouldn't know the result inside. I asked for it to be opened up and saw there was a dent in one of the headboards from shipping. I asked for a further discount if I take this crib. They were able to give me a discount since it was damaged. To me a little dent wasn't a deal breaker if I received a discount. This crib was easy enough to assemble but I am a very handy furniture builder, it took me a minute to figure out the instructions and it is definitely easier with two people to hold the parts while the other person assembles but I managed on my own, belly in the way and all. Overall this is a very sturdy crib and we are excited for our daughter to be born.

We purchased this crib for our second child. It is flimsy and a nightmare to assemble. We bought a Delta brand crib for our first child and I am realizing that was well worth the extra money spent. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Disappointed with the condition, sharp edge on inside of crib and other scuffs.

The crib is very nice looking, and it’s convenient it can be converted. However, it arrived with a crack in the top center of the headboard piece (see picture). It doesn’t affect the structural integrity of the crib, but it’s annoying to see in such a central spot. Think there should have been better quality control or that we could receive a new headboard piece.

I was so excited about this model but I got disappointed 3 TIMES! First crib I received was cracking on couple of panels, plus it was chipped. Returned it. Second crib was even worst than the first one: cracking, missing paint, dented, chipped, on some spots looked like someone tried to repair and refinish but didn’t do good job, it was very noticeable. Returned it. 3rd crib: this one will be the last one and will ask for a refund to buy another one somewhere else, also cracking and top it off, looks like someone else had returned it before as the box has someone else name and address on it. So tired of this! My baby can come anytime and haven’t been able to have my nursery set up. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I realize it’s a cheap crib but I don’t think it’s even safe! We really don’t even use it but paint is chipping, the front size shifts and is wobbly and it just gave me a splinter when my hand brushed past it!

Received this crib as a baby shower gift and when we opened it up we realized it was defective. There are large paint chips on the bars that look unsafe for a child. I don't want my child to get splinters or harm herself from this. Its stressful enough to care for a new baby but now I have to worry about my child harming herself on a crib. Poor quality control. I do not recommend this. I also don't recommend shopping at buy buy baby. I was told that I was unable to exchange the item or return in store but that I would have to go through the manufacturer. I have a newborn and no time to go through this aggravation when the damaged crib was not my fault.

I purchased this crib for my new grand baby. It is well constructed and very beautiful. It was a great price and I am so happy to have found it.
