I read a lot of reviews, and looked at hundreds of shower caddy designs and colors before buying this aluminum one. I can say that it is the best choice I have ever made for my shower. I had the tension pole before, that kept falling all the time, it was a nuisance to my shower. This fits nicely on the shower head, the material is high quality, not thin and fragile, spacious shelving that can hold in total 8-10 tall bottles. Also, it has the little hooks to hang your razors etc and has a soap holder, just features I was looking for. I received mine last night for my new apartment and couldn't be happier. I recommend this one, it is worth the money.
If I could get the bottom suction cups to stick, thus stabilizing it, I would love it. It's roomy and well made except......

The upper basket was not square to the support. It is visibly tilted to the right. OXO refused to acknowledge the defect, and refused to repair or replace the product.

This caddy costs more than the ones we had previously purchased, but it fits better in our two showers than anything we have purchased over the years. It is sturdy, looks great, and is very useful.

This shower caddy is well made. I love that the holder for soap has a drain. The only drawback is the depth as you can’t fit jars of any shower scrubs. Bottles are fine.

Like: the finish and storage space. Dislike: the suction cups do NOT work. The cups seem undersized and too “glossy” to adhere to my subway tiles. Old caddy NEVER had this problem. Seriously considering returning item.
