OXO Good Grips® Grilling Basting Brush in Grey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great basting brush! My husband is the primary user since he’s the griller of the family, and he loves it! He’s been using a smaller one for years, and this one is so much more practical. The length of the hand is perfect- just long enough so his hands don’t get too hot. The bristles pick up the basting liquid easily and hold onto them during transfer so there’s less dripping. As with most OXO products, cleaning it is a breeze. Nothing showy or fancy with this brush, but it sure does get the job done! I know it will keep getting lots of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always thought a grill brush is a grill brush. But when I found the OXO Good Grips Grill Basting Brush, I knew I was wrong. This grill brush is great. I love the curved brush head, which makes applying sauces on my foods easy. The design of the brush helps keep the sauce on the brush without it dripping all over the grill grates. The handle is long enough for me to use it on foods on the back without burning my hands. If I didn’t like grilling before, this grill brush makes it much more fun and easy.

It has a long handle that has the head angled which has silicone bristles with a unique design to help hold the sauces. I used it for Appling bbq sauce to my chicken on my grill. It worked wonderfully. It held up under the high heat very well. It held the bbq sauce better than any other basting brush that i have owned. Overall I highly recommend this brush to upgrade tour kitchen supplies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OXO Grilling Basting Brush I'm a fan of. The sizing is generous at 13.5 inches in length. The brush head at the widest is 2.1inches. The handle features a silicone grip so when using the brush, it shouldn't slip from the hand. It has an angled design that is great for keeping the brush head off surfaces keeping those places clean a sanitary. My husband and I are fans of this brush for grilling and when basting. The length has kept us from getting a bit too much heat and burned while wielding over the grill and into our home oven. The grip goes down most of the brush length so you can handle it from almost any point. The brush is very nice. It gives a nice smooth and even coating to whatever we are basting. The bristles are solid and there's no worries at all in leaving bristles behind. The bristles are very easy to clean whether washing by hand or in the top rack of our dishwasher. There's no place for water to get inside the brush. It does take up a bit of space and it can't be hung since there's no hole at the bottom for hanging. It is too long for my kitchen drawers so that is something to take into consideration. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and ease of use and highly recommend this product.

He said it’s just the right length to put on extra sauce while it’s on the pit and that it picks up the right amount of sauce without making a mess. His favorite part is how easy it is to clean and to be able to clearly see that it’s clean versus the brush he used to use. 10/10 from Dad.

The handle is long enough to keep your arms away from the broiler (or the grill), but short enough to be easily managed. I love that it can go in the dishwasher - no more stinky bristle brushes that you can never get clean.
