OXO Good Grips® Scoop

I was given one and then I bought another. What do you think?

OXO products either excel or disappoint. Mostly they excel, and this is in that lane.

Love my scoop!

This is a very nice ice scoop, works well & washes up well

Super nice and reasonably priced! The scoop itself is made of a pliable plastic, presumably silicone. Even in the freezer, it remains pliable The handle is a slightly harder plastic and fits your hand nicely. Surprisingly, though, it holds about a cup, which is unusual as most of the metal scoops we checked out had to be much longer to hold even 4oz. And it won't stick to our hands like a frozen metal scoop would! This one is 8" long (or slightly less) and fits in our ice bin perfectly. Very pleased with it, so we bought another! Another good kitchen tool designed by OXO. They make good stuff and stand behind it.

It is a scoop. The only good thing I can say about it. It is too large and I wanted a metal one. But the store no longer carries much variety. Forces me to shop on-line and I may not wind up buying from BB&B on-line.

Since I am buying ice at McDonalds a scoop is needed. This one is perfect , it can be squeezed to dispense ice perfectly in a small neck glass.
