Many silicone brushes are a waste of money, but not this one. It has the bristles in the middle that can actually hold liquid and allow you to spread more liquid from one dipping. Most just dump their liquid before reaching the target leaving you with barely anything to spread. Since it's silicone you can use it in hotter applications than you could with a traditional brush.
Okay, maybe it's just me but why is everything so large when it comes to cooking? I only cook for 2 or 3 people so the items I need to bast are not 20lbs so a smaller baster is needed. I hope they make this in petite.

All OXO products preform well with their intended use.
It really does work specially with the inner bristles holding the oils for more coverage. However, it easily stains after only 1 use. Does not really bother me but it’s good to note

Easy to use and easy to clean.
I brought both the large and small basting brushes. I’ve used only the Larger one and its handle broke in half the 1st time using it. Now I’m left with two small basting brushes. I threw out what it was packaged in. Going to try to return it for a refund. However, the basting silicone brushes work great it’s the handle that is of poor quality
These are absolutely perfect- durable, dishwasher safe.:: amazing if you live to bbq! Easy easy clean up! Just throw in the dishwasher and done!
