This is an awesome spatula! The silicone prevents it from melting or scratching your pans. I've found that it gets under cookies and biscuits much more easily than many other spatulas I've tried
I purchased this spatula Jan. 2014 because I have a very high regard for OXO products. I ordered the small & large spatulas. I was surprised that the corner tore a few months ago on the small spatula. I did not abuse the product. Perhaps I should contact OXO or BBB & see if I can get a replacement.
