It doesn’t slip and slide since it’s made of silicone AND it’s dishwasher safe. Just the best. If you grill a lot, you need this accessory.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grilling tool rest makes clean up a lot quicker when I'm on the grill. The rubber is thick and sturdy. Easy to clean and dry. The only thing I didn't like is that you can see dust or specks on the rubber if you leave it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grilling tool rest is a great addition to our summer grill. The rubber mat is great for setting it close to the grill to place tools. It has two harder rubber stoppers to place your tongs so that they stay open. Its easy to clean.

It’s one solid piece so it’s easy to clean in the dish washer with no nooks and crannies to get gunk trapped in, it looks great with my all black smoker and it won’t stain, and it’s big enough for oversized grill tools. I finally don’t have to worry about getting sticky sauce all over my bbq. It makes a wonderful gift for Father’s Day or for the grill enthusiast. Because it’s made of silicone and it’s got some weight, it doesn’t blow away like paper towels or break like glass. A wonderful product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This silicone matt is perfect for bbq days! We used to use a paper towel to put the spatula or tongs on but one gust of wind and it was gone. This mat is easy to clean, stays in place and can easily hold 2 different utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I don't have a grilling setup (yet!) I have been using this in my kitchen for the various utensils I use as I cook. It's great not to have to worry about about how dirty, greasy or hot something is before putting it down on the counter and I really like the convenience of the tongs-prongs so I don't have to contort myself awkwardly when opening or closing them when my hands are already full with other things.

I found it easy to clean, especially after using it to flip burgers that had a lot of grease! You can put it in the dishwasher, but I wanted to have it ready to use again without waiting to run the dishwasher, so I have hand washed it. The other thing I like about it is that it holds the liquids that drip from the utensils as it has an outer ridge which is a nice feature. This grill tool rest has another awesome feature which is a rest for thongs. It keeps the tongs apart and ready to use. We are vegetarians, so we have used this excellent product to put our grilling tools on while we make veggie burgers, stir-fry vegetables, and fried rice. Although I've only used the grilling tool rest in the kitchen thus far (living in a high-rise condo) I have an indoor grill/griddle that I have spotted, so when I purchase it, this amazing gadget will be right beside the grill, every time I cook!
