OXO Good Grips® Silicone Roasting Racks in Red (Set of 2)

I bought these so that I could elevate chickens while roasting them in the oven, so that they wouldn't sit in the liquid. These do the trick perfectly and we even used them for out turkey breasts at Christmas. Dishwasher safe and well made, I know that I will get many years of use out of these. I highly recommend them.

I used to use a rolled-up coil of aluminum foil under whatever I was roasting. Then I discovered these cool silicone roasting racks from OXO. They fit perfectly in my roasting pan. Used them to roast a prime rib the other night -- bottom wasn't soggy, Yay! And after I just popped them in the dishwasher -- they came out nice and clean. Very glad I bought them.

They fit nicely in a small pan or side by side in larger pan.

These are so much easier to clean (dishwasher) than the metal racks. I also wanted something smaller for a little roasting pan and I was easily able to cut one down. I can still lay them side-by-side for a larger cut of meat.

Love it. The meat juices drip down and the meat was moist and tender. The drippings made great gravy. Very easy to use.

Easy to clean, keeps meats out of the grease, doesn’t rust, can fit into various pan sizes because it’s pliable.

Not worth it. Split up. Going back.

Love these. Use them as trivets and in roasting pan to put turkey on. My other metal turkey racks were always so hard to clean. These are a snap to clean in comparison.
