OXO Silicone Pressure Cooker Roasting Rack in Red

I place this rack on a cookie sheet and use it to elevate my battered fish fillets while cooking them in a convection oven. The idea is to cook the fish with a crispy finish without buying a separate air fryer appliance. It works well.

Not crazy about this.

I use this silicone rack for two purposes: as a riser to lift my pasta colander above the sinks surface, and to keep particularly hot pots from damaging the tabletop surface. It is 1” thick, rigid & durable & has divets for heat to dissipate.

What a superb invention - use silicone to insert into your pans for turkey, ham, roast chicken. Dishwasher safe and easy to clean but most important does not scratch your pots and pans.

This silicone pressure cooker / roasting pan rack is also a perfect solution for protecting glass cooktop and countertops from very hot metal cookware. Example: Iron skillet cornbread just out of the oven. Plus I love the designer terracotta color...so much better than plastic and cheap hot pink or primary colors. This silicone cook's tool satisfies both functional needs and aesthetics.

I have not use this product yet but I expect it’ll be exactly what I needed for inside my pressure cooker

So much easier to clean out of the crock or instapot! It doesn't seem to stain or hold odors. Slightly pricey, but I am content.
