I have been wanting to find a good shower mirror for a while now. Due to the fact that I wear makeup, I always seemed to not get quite all the mascara off my face. It seemed like I always got out of the shower looking like a Halloween clown despite my face scrubbing abilities. THIS THING IS AMAZING! It stays completely fog-free. My husband uses it to shave in the shower and he also loves it! I have to believe that those who left negative reviews either didn’t read the instructions, or were trying to suction the suction cups to a non suction cup area. OR when taking the mirror off to replace hot water in the reservoir, they must’ve been taking the entire unit off the wall each time? (This will make more sense when you have the unit in hand) I’m not sure exactly,but we haven’t had a single problem with it and both love it. Currently purchasing a few more for Christmas gifts!
When the first one fell, I thought I did something wrong. Cleaned everything again and 4 months later, fell again. I moved and bought a new corner one, same thing. What a pain. I'll clean them again and follow instructions that are different from what I was doing, but the longest they have ever stayed on the tile is 4 months.

Mirror is well made but can not use it. Our tiles are too small in one shower for it to work. Other shower was re-glazed and suction cups won’t adhere.
This product is heaven sent. It does what it says it will do when used properly and stuck to a clean tile (not in between tiles.) I use this everyday to wash my face in the shower…and to take care of shaving. I haven’t had it fail me or fall off the wall…ladies you will be pleased…I love it so much my mom is buying one for herself…lol
Like many reviewers, my mirror kept falling off the wall in the shower. I was getting tired of it, but after one crash, noticed that there is a lever under the mirror which properly engages the suction cup - not shown on the packaging! Before you get fed. up with it, take the mirror off and lift the lever. Engage the lever after pushing the bracket into place on the wall.
I have tried 3 different mirrors(all through returns) and every single one of them have fallen off my shower wall! I have a matte finish tile that was cleaned, and dried properly. It seems like a very sturdy suction at first, but the most it lasted was a couple weeks, and today, it literally fell at the end of my shower, after just having put it up. I'll be calling the manufacturer (not BB&Bs fault, obviously) and giving them an earful. I just can't believe no one has figured out this massive design flaw.
I tried sticking this mirror to flat tile 6 or 7 times and finally gave up. Returned it. Great idea to be fogless, but never got to see it.
I purchased this item for shaving in the shower. I could not get the mirror to stick on the surfaces in the shower and it kept falling.
I've owned several of these years. I'm usually good for 2-3 years out of each one. Couple things I've determined over time: - you need to keep the shower tile this is affixed to clean. It won't stay stuck up there forever, particularly as your shower may get dirtier and dirtier. -Do not leave the water in it, as that increases the weight and pulls the frame down and eventually off the wall. -You will need to clean it from time to time (whatever you use to clean your shower is fine). Soap scum and gunk do accumulate -Is it perfect? No, but it's the best I've come across for the cost.
This does not stick to the shower wall and it stays completely covered in fog. What a joke and a waste of my time.
