I bought this scale because of all the features it offers. I hadn’t read the other reviews until after I bought it, so I was hoping I hadn’t made a mistake. The first time I used it, the measurements were highly inaccurate. After I read the manual, and reset the scale, everything worked great and all the measurements seemed perfect! Our family likes how it can keep track of everyone’s measurements separately! Every product I have purchased from this brand have exceeded my expectations!
The measurements this scale gives are wildly inaccurate. It told me that I was 12% body fat, and that is nowhere near close to the truth (I know because my personal trainer does my measurements every month). It's off by over 10%. If it was off by 1 or 2% I could understand, but this is nowhere close to reality. Also, when you program in more than 1 profile the scale is unable to detect which profile you are. I read multiple reviews before purchasing this, and you'll notice that all of the good reviews are from people who received the product for free. Save your money, I returned mine to the store for a full refund. This product is not at all what it advertises!

The weight is accurate but fat percentage is wildly inaccurate. I created my profile and followed directions. Still, it shows 16%! LOL! I am at least 30%. I now see this complaint in other reviews. I should have read the reviews first…
I wish I’d taken previous reviews more seriously. I’d started a weight loss program and wanted to keep track of muscle, fat, water and bone weight. This seemed like a good scale for that. I was also interested in the tare weight option. I noticed right away that this scale measures inaccurately. I began testing it by weighing myself three times in a row to check for consistency. Within a few minutes, this scale gives three different weights, sometimes three or four lbs higher or lower than the previous weight. I’ve tried resetting the scale, taking the batteries out and putting them back in and other troubleshooting suggestions, but nothing seems to work. I would not recommend buying this scale and wish that I had bought a different one. Unfortunately, it may be too late to return it.
I love this scale. When I bought it, I really didn't care much about all the extra features, like body fat percentage, etc. I just use it for my weight. I'm losing weight and need to have an accurate way to keep track. And this scale does that for me. In addition, I'm in my 60s now, and my eyes aren't as sharp as they used to be, even with glasses on. One of the main reasons I bought this scale was so that I could read it. IT IS VERY EASY TO READ! Yay. One of these days I will get around to setting it up to give me all the various readings. Until then, I am very happy to have an accurate scale that I can read.

i purchased the ozeri touch and i finally received it. the batteries are a joke the whole scale is inaccurate off top so what am i gonna do now i done tried to step on all the scales at the bbb store and they either dont have a battery to test it out or they just a flop. too little for my wide width feet.

This product worked for the first 2 weeks then after that it doesn't show correct weigh. You get on it and it reads something and then if you get back on 1 minute later it changes by more than 10lbs. This product is not good or accurate.
It seems to be very accurate - great for checking bmi and water retention - well worth the money-
