Nice holder, well made

While I love this pattern and the other products I was able to receive that match these towels, I would not recommend these. Similar to the other review posted, I have been dealing with nothing but disasters with trying to get these towels. I have placed several orders online due to the towels not being in any stores, but I keep receiving a small hand towel of a completely different pattern. The store employees are unable to do anything to fix the issue, as apparently the company that makes the towels put the wrong UPC label on all (or most) of the towels. I also tried to contact Pendleton directly and got no response.... BUYER BEWARE!!

I purchased a Pendleton/Redmond plaid shower curtain, rug, hand towel & a fingertip towel.at Bed, Bath & Beyond, I wanted a total of 4 hand towels but they only had 1 in the store so a manager said she could order 3 more for me. There was a problem with the order. When she put in hand towel, fingertip towel came up. So she thought she corrected this. Then when the order came it was 3 fingertip towels instead of hand towels. The mgr. discovered for the hand towel the description for the hand towel said hand towel but the color/size said fingertip towel & the fingertip towel info had this info flipped also. So she said maybe if she orders the fingertip I will get the hand towel. Now, once again, I received 3 fingertip towels. I cannot find these towels anywhere. Please help me to get 3 more of the hand towels. The size of the one I have is 26X15". Thanks Pat
