The stocking looks lovely, but it arrived with a stain on it and pretty sure it will not come off even if I wash it. Given the price of the stocking, I was expecting a little more care. I don't believe you can return these to get a refund, so I'm not impressed. It should never be shipped if the product was stained during the personalization process out of respect to your customers.
This stocking is beautiful, well made, and the personalization with black thread was perfect. It is made with very nice materials, padded front and back and fully lined. I would highly recommend this product.
The stockings turned out beautiful. The font and color of the thread were exactly what I asked for. My kids and even my husband loved their personalized stocking.
I purchased the penguin stocking on 12/18 which included personalization and it arrived on 12/22. I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and the service. The stocking looks just as it is pictured.
