[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is an excellent electric toothbrush from an extremely reputable company. It gradually increases the vibration over the first 14 days, which is a great feature for those who are new to electric toothbrushes. The device is lightweight but feels solid in your hand. My dentist recommended an electric toothbrush for me years ago because I was brushing too hard, and it was causing damage to my gums. This brush makes it super easy to brush softly and let the brush do most of the work. It will even vibrate and beep as a warning if you happen to brush too hard. The 2-minute timer is perfect for me, as otherwise I tend to brush too quickly. The QuadPacer feature is actually very helpful and lets you know when it's time to move to the next section of your mouth. My only real complaint is that it does not come with a USB power adapter, so you have to buy one or find one laying around your house. It seems like a silly thing for Philips to be cheap on, especially since it's designed to just leave on the charger. A matching white adapter should be included. I also wish that it didn't automatically turn off after the 2-minutes are up. Sometimes I feel like I'm not quite done and would like to brush a little longer, but it shuts off automatically. It comes with one standard brush head in the package. Sonicare makes several types of brush heads, so I am looking forward to trying some of their other more specialized heads when I re-order more. Overall, this is a must have for good oral health and I wouldn't live without it. If you use this twice daily, along with flossing and a non-alcoholic mouthwash, you will be amazed at how good your oral health can be. I am no longer worried about visiting the dentist. I get easy check-ups every 6 months and it can save you a ton of money on dental bills in the long run!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Sonicare electric toothbrushes since they first came out in the early 1990's. I've LOVED them, and used nothing else, for almost 30 years. But after recently buying two new models, and intensely disliking both, Sonicare is about to lose this customer to Oral B. My most recent purchase makes a high-pitched screeching sound most of the time (similar to tinnitus), which is utterly annoying. It's "smaller" than earlier models (not an attribute, in my opinion; I like a firm grasp on my toothbrush); and I'm not a fan of the new USB ports instead of a regular electrical plug. Bye, Sonicare.

Check that the charger is not placed on a metal surface or close to other chargers, as this can interfere with the charging process. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first electric toothbrush I have used. At my semiannual cleaning, my dentist commented on my good brushing. There is a built in timer which lets you know when you brushing is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this b/c I was unhappy with the other major brand having to clean it all the time. Having 2 speeds is good, but the slow speed just feels fuzzy; faster speed feels like it cleans better. On fast speed tho the toothpaste foams and spills out of mouth and b4 the 2 minutes is up. Wish the brush head was slightly larger even tho I have a small mouth. Attractive design altho have concern the handle will slip out of hand. A little water on fingers helps.
