I love this toothbrush but am very disappointed with how some of the aesthetic is coming off already. I purchased this not even a month ago and it's bubbling and peeling off. I really hope that's the only thing wrong with this toothbrush.
Turn on button became hard to push after 2 years. Next it stopped brushing for the set number of minutes. I have had a few models over the years . It seems that the ones with the fewer bells and whistles last longer.

This is a Christmas Gift and was simply wrapped in a plastic bag so it was crushed and beat up upon arrival. This should have been put in something to protect it - I hope it works when I open it. SIncerealy disappointed.
I've used Sonicare toothbrushes for years and trust them with the health of my teeth and gums. Great product!
Grrrrrrreat!
This is the 3rd Sonicare toothbrush we've bought in the last few years. Over time, the vibration fades. I've done some research and found that there is a gap in the internals that can get filled with "rust" or a part can shift making the motor and a electromagnet touch and then not vibrate. We are not being very careful to not let water get down to the main part of the brush, but for something that is supposed to be used with water, you'd think they would find a way to prevent this from happening.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased at how clean my mouth is and feels after using PHILGOOD. My teeth not only are really clean but I love that they sparkle. Of course PHILGOOD is my 3rd toothbrush over many many years as one was gifted to me more than 20 years ago.

I had this toothbrush prior to this purchase. I replaced it when it eventually stopped working. Sadly, cordless toothbrushes have about 2-4 years of a shelf life, depending on the brand. That said, it is still so much easier to use than a manual one for me, I love this brush, My teeth feel really clean. The toothbrush is easy to use. I appreciate the different settings. My Periodontist’s dental hygienist recommended this brush to me years ago. I had problems with recessed gums and gum infections. It is gentle on my gums and thoroughly cleans my teeth. I definitely recommend this brush. Also, Phillips has excellent customer service, which is another plus.
This product works well but I wish it had one more button to make it a little gentler.
This is an excellent toothbrush. It’s the second one I have owned. It is very easy to use. My teeth feel very clean after brushing.
