Ok at best. Sheds something awful, picture bad, definitely would return if I could. Don't buy.
I bought this blanket for my sister who's dog passed away year's back . I had laid it out on my bed and asked her to give me her opinion on this blanket she says that is a beautiful dog looks like my Diva her dogs name then she started crying that is my dog then she turned and looked at me and saidThanks sister you are the best. I enjoy buying my family things they like and seening the smile on their faces. Thank you for the wonderful job.
I used my personal photo from a concert of my favorite band for the picture upload instead of my pets. When I received the blanket and opened it I was speechless. It was BEAUTIFUL!! I suggest using the highest resolution for your photo when you submit it because that’s where the detail from the photo pops with the fleece texture added. I’m reordering in other photos. Business ideas or creative ideas are endless with this product. I am very pleased with this item.
The item is of poor quality and to make matters even better, the image on the blanket itself was a family. When I contacted customer service they mentioned sending a replacement but then they told me the 3rd party company BBB uses will be emailed to let me know how long a refund would take. Don't bother ordering personalized items from them.
