I wasn't happy, the photo on the potholder was so dark you could barely see my granddaughter in the picture. I plan to return it to the store for a refund. The photo that I provided was not dark at all. I was very excited to order the product. It also wasn't a very good quality pot holder, not very thick at all. Overall I would give it about a 1 out of 10. Very disappointed.

The potholder is of good quality. The pic came out very clear. I?m not certain how effective it is since I would guess it?s for display. Nice price and prompt delivery.

I ordered a personalized pot holder, it is really cool. It was easy to make, and it was shipped in only a few days. I?d use them again.
