I have had two of the chaise louge with arms since March of 2018. The arms and the legs have cracken and broken off both of them over the last 4 years. Pollywood made good on the arm claim back in 2020. I am making a claim today for the legs that just cracked off.

Thank you for your feedback on our POLYWOOD® Nautical Chaise with Arms. We have made a few design changes in the last few years on this chaise to address this problem. I am glad we were able to get your your parts to correct the issue and please know we will stand behind our product through out the life of the warranty which is 20 years for residential use.

Better than I expected! Great quality!
They took forever to get here. Ordered in May and was supposed to get first week of July but didn’t get them till two weeks after that. They are solid and will last. They are also very heavy. I paid extra for the arms but seriously the arms are so low that they may as well not be there so that was disappointing. I’m going to see if my handy husband can somehow modify them because it’s just not comfy to not have that arm support. I don’t see myself using them that much due to not having arms to use and irritated I paid extra for arms that are too low to use. I recommend them overall but beware they have a design flaw.

We would recommend reaching out to Bed Bath & Beyond to see about returning or exchanging the lounges rather than modifying them. Any modifications would void your warranty and we know that many customers choose POLYWOOD due to our limited 20 year residential warranty.

These are such great quality! I was out of breath moving them from the garage as they are VERY heavy! We decided it was best to spend a little more up front in order to not have to spend more in the long run to replace the cheaper loungers that break frequently. Perfectly comfortable with fairly standard cushions.
Easy to put together. Sturdy and comfortable. Great for relaxing in the sunshine and reading a book. Easy to wipe clean.

This Polywood nautical chaise is so beautiful and strong. The weight is surprisingly heavy and definitely will not blow over with a sudden gust of wind! So glad I bought it for my 6 foot son since he requires more heavy duty furniture. This will definitely meet all worries about durability. I think it will be around 100 years after I'm gone!

I bought 4 of these for our pool area. They were fairly easy to put together and very sturdy. So far I love them and the fact that I won’t have to replace them in a few year like most of my other outdoor furniture.
